As soon as I took it out of the case, the stick did not work properly: it did not come back to center after I moved it. I myself have to move it with my thumb to the center, instead of it spring back to center. I thought of returning it, but gave up because I have all those process of returning.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and the nunchuck i receive was in a clear plastic packaging. I opened the nunchuck and immediately found several “Flaws”.

    1) There was cellophane tape on the unit itself. And after removing it, there is still some sticky residue and caused a lot of irritation.

    2) The most significant issue, is that the joystick was sticky as well. It’s hard to move it, and it’s take about half a second to come back to the center position. The original nunchuck that comes with the system moves so smoothly. And the material for the joystick is different. more plastic feel compare with more rubbery feel of the original.

    3) the whole nunchuck is poorly made. the connector seems to be really poorly made.

I did some googling and found out that this matches description of the fake nunchucks sold in ebay. that cost like 5 bucks. I paid [...] bucks for this.

This is from Amazon and i am extremely disappointed and shocked as Amazon actually sold fake stuff to me. Buyers please BEWARE!!!

needless to say i returned mine straight away.

Product was said to be “USED-VERY GOOD” condition, but as soon as I plugged the nunchuck into the controller, it did not connect. We tried it with both of our remotes to make sure and it didn’t work with either one. Later taking a look at the nunchuck we discovered that on the connector part that goes into the remote, the side of it seemed broken and was preventing connection into the remote.

After owning Wii & the Balance Board a few years, I decided to finally purchase a second Nunchuk. Now we don’t have to share. I don’t like spending money when something can be shared, but, hey, I’m not gonna look back. It’s a done deal.

I should add, that this nunchuk works great. We haven’t had any problems with it.

After receiving a number of games for my new Wii, I quickly noticed something about them. Many of them required a nunchuck in order to play them or in order to access all of the game’s features. So like a good little consumer, I set out to purchase my nunchuck.

I’m fairly pleased with it. Sure, I’m a little angry that this wasn’t included with the Wii, considering how many games require it, but over all its worth the purchase.
